Foton started operating in 1998 as an experimental electronic music label. Over time we slowly mutated into a multi-disciplinary octopus, a collective presenting many facets of the same thing: to be passionately creative, be it in music, performing arts, urban activism, new media or good old, solid partying. Foton presented a unique combination of these activities, often inspiring the landscape around us and teaming up with likeminded souls along the way.
The people behind Foton have slowly found their own, individual ways to give shape to their dreams. More so than ever Foton provides the structure and the means for these people to develop their projects, alone or in collaboration with each other. The journey is not over yet, it is only about to begin.

Klorofil is the latest branch of the Foton tree, extending from the urban activism perspective that is a big part of Foton.
